• The Specification Phase

  Design Brief - to assist both our client and our staff in understanding the needs and requirements.
  Requirements Specification - to clearly identify each individual requirement of the client.
  Functional Specification - a technical document is produced from the requirements specification which describes how each and every requirement will be implemented into the final solution.
  Future Requirements - we find it useful to discuss this at this point as it can impact on how a solution is defined.
  A Test Specification - using the functional specification the test specification is produced describing how each and every element should be tested.
  

• The Software Development Phase

  Software development commences, your Account Manager is assigned and we provide a transparent development process with access to our task tracking system to monitor the status of your overall project and individual elements.
  

• The Test Phase

  There are three main phases included as part of the Test Phase:
  Unit Testing - each unit of the software development is tested eg a new user process
  System Testing - the solution developed is tested as a system in combination with hardware and any external interfaces
  User Acceptance Testing - once the solution has passed unit and system testing we perform UAT alongside our clients to ensure the solution meets all specified requirements.
  

• Roll Out & Support

  Using staging servers to simulate the live environment we ensure all parties are happy before we proceed to live launch.
  
  We then offer fully tailored support & hosting services to ensure your development project remains as hassle free as possible
